Judges and Pre-Jury Specialists

During the next several weeks, we will be releasing information about our judges and the pre-jury process.
We will be using a rotating panel of 7 judges who will score each competitor a maximum of 10 points.
As in previous years, we will again be using a "trimmed mean" scoring system, in which the highest and lowest scores
for each competitor are discarded and the remaining ones averaged, resulting in a possible top score of 50 per class.

Thanks again for opening another issue of the American Beard Report.
We are always seeking submissions, including: articles, poetry, short stories, and/or product reviews.
If you have an idea of a feature you’d like to see, or if you would like to submit local highlights, or an in-depth review of your competition or local facial hair related event, or almost anything else,
please send it to
hello@beardteamusa.org
